Rate Case Manager

In conjunction with legal staff and policy leadership, the incumbent will develop regulatory strategy that aligns rate case outcomes with other regulatory and policy initiatives, ensuring the State achieves its goals. The Rate Case Manager will also engage at the Public Service Commission in proceedings, hearings, and workgroups, including but not limited to, electric and gas distribution systems. Regional Policy Manager
Maryland Energy Administration

In conjunction with legal staff and policy leadership, the role will develop policy guidance and strategy that aligns engagement with PJM Interconnection, LLC (PJM), the regional transmission operator serving Maryland, with related advocacy and policy initiatives, ensuring the State achieves its goals. The Regional Policy Manager may also engage at the Public Service Commission in proceedings and workgroups relating to the electric transmission system and wholesale markets.
